Richard A. "Rick" Reyes, II is CEO for Innovative Government
Strategies (IGS). Having served as an appointed and elected official
at the local, state, and national levels, Mr. Reyes brings a unique
perspective to intergovernmental relations with an emphasis on
negotiating the public's value. IGS delivers viable non-tax
solutions to local government officials battling un-funded mandates.
